Terms of Service
Massachusetts-licensed Inmo Limo LLC provides livery service. Through Inmo’s website, inmolimo.com, and by requesting purchasing, or booking services, you agree to and are bound by the following terms and conditions (“TS”), the website acceptable use policy (“AUP”), and the privacy policy (“PP”), which can be found at WEB ADDRESS OF PP. Base fares
All fares are subject to a fuel charge of 7%. In the case of hourly billing, the hourly rate is calculated from the time the vehicle leaves the Inmo Limo facility until the time the vehicle returns to the Inmo Limo facility, with a two (2) hour minimum during the weekdays and a three (3) hour minimum on the weekend. Fractions of an hour are rounded up to the nearest half-hour. All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Inmo Limo. On the invoice statement, all stop times and wait times will be itemized.
Gratuity
The base fare includes twenty percent (20%) gratuity for the driver.
Wait Time
All point-to-point reservations will be subject to a seven dollar ($7.00) charge per five (5) minute increment after the grace period has expired. A grace period for point-to-point transportation is defined as seven (7) minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time. Following the reported domestic flight time of arrival, an airport reservation will have a grace period of thirty (30) minutes. Upon the report of an international flight time, sixty (60) minutes of grace are allowed. Due to the inability to monitor bus schedules, time tracking begins at the scheduled time of pick up.
Limousines or Buses
When you request a limousine or a bus, the following out-of-pocket expenses will be included on the invoice statement: -Tolls -Parking -Airport fees -Other charges, such as cell phone usage, may be incurred.
Airport Surcharge
An airport greeter service is provided by Inmo Limo at Logan International Airport for a fee of forty-five dollars ($45.00). If the Client requests the use of a sedan or sport utility vehicle to pick him up at the airport between 12:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., the charge will be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
Cancellation
All reservations and cancellations must be confirmed by Inmo Limo. The cancellation fee (“CF”) will be equal to the full fare plus twenty percent (20%) percent gratuity, along with any additional fees that might have been incurred by Inmo Limo in advance of the scheduled pick-up. A fee will be applied if the reservation is not canceled at least twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. You must cancel international reservations at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance to avoid a charge.
Referral Fees
A driver may be contracted with an affiliate company if Inmo Limo is unable to secure one from its own employees. Should you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact Inmo Limo.
Billing
According to the information provided at the time of booking, the invoice is billed to the credit card associated with the customer account. The client will be charged upon completion of the booking, or upon cancellation in accordance with the above cancellation policy. Inmo Limo accepts the following major credit cards – American Express – Discover Card – MasterCard – Visa
No-Show Fees
The no-show fee shall be equal to the anticipated trip, plus any applicable service fees, plus wait time, plus twenty (20%) percent gratuity. Failure to appear at the designated location for any reason will result in a charge to the client. Call (781) 608-4155 if you are unable to locate your driver to avoid a no-show fee.
Holidays
Inmo Limo charges a thirty-five ($20.00) dollar holiday surcharge on all trips occurring on – New Year’s Day – Presidents Day – Easter Sunday – Memorial Day – Fourth of July – Labor Day – Thanksgiving Day – Christmas Day
Additional Terms
Transportation services (limousines, vans, minibusses, motor coaches, and/or black cars). Inmo Limo will bill the prevailing hourly rate for all Event Services vehicles. Inmo Limo charges its clients from the time personnel and/or vehicles leave the facility until they return. If the reservation is billed on an hourly basis, the Client will be billed for a minimum of thirty (30) minutes of travel time each way plus the time the passenger(s) are in the vehicle. Fractions of an hour are rounded to the nearest half-hour.
Damage to vehicle
When the Client uses services provided by or through Inmo Limo, the Client or any member of the Client’s party is responsible for any damage caused to a limousine or any other property owned by Inmo Limo or any other party used by Inmo Limo. In addition to the fee or fees described above, the Client shall pay Inmo Limo one hundred dollars ($100.00) per carpet burn and two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) for any additional vehicle damage or cleaning necessary due to the use of the vehicle by the Client or a member of the Client’s party, unless the damage or expense exceeds two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00), in which case the Client shall be responsible for all cleaning and/or repairs.
Best Efforts and Limit of Liability
As a service provider, Inmo Limo will use its best efforts in good faith to provide the services requested. However, Inmo Limo is not liable or responsible for any failure to provide services due to weather conditions, road conditions, vehicle or other breakdowns, delays or destruction caused by public carriers or any other circumstances or conditions reasonably beyond the control of Inmo Limo. If there are difficulties encountered or anticipated during the provision of the requested services, Inmo Limo will inform the Client as soon as possible. It is agreed that Inmo Limo will not be responsible or liable for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in a vehicle or on the premises of the company or any of its affiliates.
Client Behavior
Smoking, drinking alcohol, and/or other inappropriate conduct may be prohibited by all drivers. Drivers will have the right to terminate a particular trip or other services if the Client or any member of the Client’s group fails to respond to reasonable requests by the driver.
Website Acceptable Use Policy
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any computer system or communication network, including those used to provide the Inmo Limo website. Security systems should not be penetrated or disabled. Do not intentionally distribute a computer virus, perform a denial of service attack, or otherwise interfere with the operation of any computer, communications system, or website. It is prohibited to attempt to access or interfere with the accounts of other users of the Service. Don’t send bulk unsolicited e-mails (“Spam”) or sell or market any product or service advertised through or associated with Spam. Do not participate in facilitating or promoting Spam in any way. The CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 should not be violated in any way. Please respect Inmo Limo’s intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights. All rights reserved. In the event that this Acceptable Use Policy (this “AUP”) is violated, the Client’s account may be suspended or terminated, and/or legal action may be taken. Also, the Client may be required to cover the costs associated with the investigation and remediation of a violation of the AUP. We reserve the right to take any other remedial action we deem necessary.
Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy– Subject to Change
Inmo Limo reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service or AUP at any time by posting a new version on this page or a successor page. On the date of its posting, which will be noted at the top of the page, the new version will become effective. The page should be checked periodically for changes. You are deemed to have accepted this policy and any changes to it by continuing to use our services and our site following the posting of any changes to this policy. If a reservation is made prior to the time that any changes are posted, it will be processed in accordance with the policies and rates in effect at the time of booking.
